About the beach
Beach on the Castelo de Bode reservoir, in a bay surrounded by hills covered in maritime pine and strawberry trees, next to the small village of Fernandaires, 12 km from Vila de Rei. Because the water is deep, there is a floating pool for adults and children, as well as a sandy area. It has a lifeguard, a bar with a terrace, changing rooms, a first-aid post, boat hire and parking. Blue Flag in 2025.
