About the beach

River beach on the Isna stream, by the bridge over the Bostelim stream and near the hamlet of Cabeça do Poço, between the parishes of Fundada and São João do Peso. Surrounded by sparsely inhabited wooded hills, it has a lawn and plenty of natural shade by the water. It has a lifeguard, is a certified Accessible Beach and held a Blue Flag in 2025. The Bostelim rural campsite and the start of the 9.5 km Rota do Bostelim trail are here.
