About the beach

River beach in the Serra do Espinhal at Louçainha, created from dammed pools on the river Dueça, in a valley of steep wooded slopes. The pools have different depths: a children's area and more than three metres under the diving board. It has a bar/restaurant with views, showers, parking and surveillance, and is part of the Accessible Beach programme.
