About the beach

River beach on the Pera stream at the entrance to the schist village of Mosteiro, opened in 2005, with large green spaces and a wide stretch of water. Willows, alders and cork oaks provide shade and there is a small waterfall. It has a restored watermill, an old olive-oil mill turned restaurant/bar, a picnic area, adapted toilets and pedal-boat hire.
