A river beach on the Alqueva reservoir, near Amieira, with a wide stretch of sand and a grassy area with awnings. It has lifeguard cover, a roped-off area for children in the water, canoe, stand-up paddleboard and pedalo hire, a bar, restaurant, picnic area, showers, parking and a motorhome park. It has good access for people with reduced mobility and is on the Praia Acessível list.
