About the beach
The first beach in the municipality of Moura, on the Alqueva reservoir, opened in June 2024. It has a sandy area, two floating pools (one for children and one for adults), a café with a terrace, a leisure area and motorhome service areas. There are amphibious wheelchairs and walkways down to the water, and it is on the Praia Acessível list.
