Cabo do Mundo beach, in Perafita, is a long stretch of white sand with a band of rocks between the sand and the sea, backed by dunes protected by wooden boardwalks. It lies between Memória beach and Leça da Palmeira. There is a bar, toilets, showers, free parking with reserved bays and an amphibious wheelchair, and STCP (508) and Unir buses serve it. Lifeguards are on duty in the bathing season, but the council advises extra care in the water because of the rocks. It holds a Blue Flag and Accessible Beach status in 2026. Water quality was rated Excellent in 2025.
