An urban beach in Ericeira, also known as Praia do Norte, just north of Pescadores beach and below the town. It is a lifeguarded bathing beach: from 13 June to 13 September it has lifeguards, a first-aid post, toilets, showers, beach bars and parking. It is part of the 2026 Accessible Beach programme and has an amphibious wheelchair. Since 4 May 2026 the APA has been carrying out cliff stabilisation works, scheduled to take 180 days, with some access routes temporarily closed. Water quality was rated Excellent in 2025.
