About the beach
An urban beach with a long stretch of sand, bordered by a dune ridge. Valadares Norte has a cluster of rocks in the central-northern part of the beach; Valadares Sul includes Sindicato and Atlântico beaches, with rock formations near the water. The Sindicato area is on the 2026 Accessible Beach list, with bathing-support equipment and service. The beaches have lifeguards during the bathing season.
