A broad beach of white sand and dunes, south of Praia do Carvalhal, with no physical division between the two but with its own facilities. The sea is calm and the beach is popular for sea angling, hosting competitions and championships. It has lifeguards, parking, a bar and a restaurant, and is part of the Praia Acessível programme.
