Also known as Praia do Porto das Carretas or Praia da Vacaria, it is part of the continuous stretch of sand, over 60 km long, between Tróia and Cape Sines, near the Lagoa de Santo André. It has coarse white sand backed by dunes and pine forest, and a rough sea. It has lifeguards, showers and parking.
