About the beach

A stretch of Porto Santo's long golden beach, west of the town, next to several hotels and the dune ridge, with a cycle path nearby. The medium-to-fine sand, of biogenic origin, is sought after for the therapeutic properties attributed to it. The bathing area shelves gently and access is free, from the ER120 road, with restaurants close by.
