A small south-east-facing beach west of Portinho da Arrábida, below a hillside of houses built before 1976, when building was banned in the Arrábida Natural Park. At high tide it shrinks to rounded pebbles; the sand only shows at low tide. It is reached on foot along a dirt path that leaves the road about 100 m from the turn-off to Portinho; there is no car access. Setúbal council says it is managed by the harbour authority, the APA and the Natural Park. It is not an official bathing water: the water is not tested and there is no lifeguard.
