About the beach

A beach of pale sand scattered with dark rocks, framed by Upper Jurassic limestone cliffs in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. It is reached from Almoçageme along a winding road; the car park can fill up in summer. There is a restaurant and toilets; at the southern end, a sea cave can be reached only at low tide.
