About the beach

A bathing area upstream of the village of Ucha, parish of Figueiredo de Alva (São Pedro do Sul), where the River Degarcia becomes the River Água Fria, a tributary of the River Sul. The bathing area is formed by two weirs: the upper one feeds a mill race and the lower one stored water for irrigation and mills downstream. It joined the region's circuit of river beaches in 2022.
