About the beach
A rural river beach on the right bank of the River Tuela by the village of Quintas, in the parish of Vale de Gouvinhas. The leisure area has fine sand, picnic tables, a barbecue and gravel paths, with access to the water across a natural meadow, a bar and toilets, and it is set up for people with reduced mobility. There is no lifeguard; in 2025 bathing was advised against or prohibited for 4 days.
