A river beach on the Douro in Marco de Canaveses municipality, at a spot once used as a landing stage by rabelo boats. It has a long stretch of sand lined with trees, a bar, toilets, a shower, a first-aid post and parking, and it is a Praia Acessível. Upstream there is a small river marina and a pier for cruise boats. The water was classified as poor ('Má') in 2025; check bathing advice locally.
