A river beach on the Castelo de Bode reservoir, next to the village of Aldeia do Mato, set among pine woods. It is popular for water sports such as rowing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing, with small-boat hire and boat trips on the reservoir. Facilities include lifeguard cover, showers, parking, a bar and restaurant, floating pools and a nearby campsite, and it is on the Praia Acessível list.
